3D Motion Designer
Job Specific Duties Responsibilities
- Conceptualization and Storyboarding: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling storyboards and visual concepts that align with project objectives.
- 3D Modeling and Animation: Create detailed 3D models of characters, objects, and environments. Rig and animate 3D models, ensuring engaging and visually appealing motion.
- VFX: Design and implement stunning visual effects, including explosions, fire, smoke, and other dynamic elements.
- Compositing: Integrate 3D elements with live-action footage or other visual assets to create seamless and visually striking compositions.
- Lighting and Texturing: Apply effective lighting and texturing techniques to enhance the visual appeal of 3D scenes.
- Post-Production: Refine animations through color grading, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques.
- 3D Motion Graphics Explainer Videos: Create clear and concise explainer videos using 3D animation and motion graphics.
- Technical Proficiency: Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D software and hardware. Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize workflows.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, animators, and producers to achieve project goals.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
- Excellent understanding of animation principles, timing, and pacing.
- Strong artistic skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience with VFX software and techniques.
- Ability to illustrate and create storyboards.
