Account Manager
Job Specific Duties Responsibilities
- Act as marketing expert / consultant to clients
- Build strong and trusted relationships with clients
- Primary day-to-day contact and support for communications needs
- Partner with teams to set the strategy and direction, and ultimately put the plan in motion with stakeholders
- Partner across teams to contribute and bring current, relevant ideas to solve communications needs
- Help craft and manage creative proposals in a thoughtful, collaborative way
- Execute flawlessly on client marketing communications plan(s)
- Develop project timelines and manage internal teams and resources and clients expectations to keep timelines
- Put presentations together and present reports, campaigns and ideas to clients
- Proactively troubleshoot and adjust plans as needed
- Manage proposed versus actual budget
- Develop new business with existing clients
Qualifications
- 4-5 years of experience in Communication / Advertising / Marketing role
- Degree in marketing, business or communications
- Ability to work well in a team, with a strong acumen for multi-tasking
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience on multi-channel campaigns
- Bilingual (Arabic & English)
