At Sixty Degrees, we created an integrated communications strategy for HIA including activating its brand partnerships, introducing its unique features such as a hotel with a swimming pool with a view of landing and departing plans, a tranquil spa as well as various dining, shopping and leisure options. A major part of our strategy have been Skytrax voting campaigns, where we encouraged passengers to recall their enjoyable experiences at the airport and asked them to vote in return. In the past years, HIA has been climbing the rankings constantly in line with further enhancements of passenger experience. Already a certified 5-star airport, HIA was ranked No. 3 worldwide by travellers in 2020 The Sixty Degrees team came up not only with the campaign itself but also with the award announcement and a thank-you video.
